Customers should generally submit a standard return request within 30 days after confirmed delivery.
An item should normally remain unused beyond reasonable inspection and should be kept in a clean condition with its essential components present.
Where practical, customers should retain original packaging, accessories, instructions, labels, and accompanying materials until they have decided to keep the product.
Please contact us before sending any item back so that the request can be identified and the appropriate return instructions can be provided.
Products showing substantial use, avoidable damage, alteration, missing essential components, or deterioration caused after delivery may not qualify for a standard return.
